Order Tracking & Cancellations

Tracking details will be emailed to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped. A signature may be required for registered parcels. If you have any questions in relation to shipping just contact us.


Standard products can be cancelled before shipping. For custom orders, the production process starts quite quickly. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once production starts on custom orders, understandably no cancellation is permitted.

Shipping & Returns

We use DHL & DPD as our shipping partners for orders. We have negotiated special rates which are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. You can check shipping options and prices prior to payment during check-out. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over €75 to Ireland. We also ship worldwide.


If for some unlikely reason you are not happy with your Made Personal product we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. Understandably, the product must be returned to us in good condition. Please contact our team by email at hello@madepersonal.com with your order number should you wish to discuss a return. Made Personal is not responsible for return postage.
